HKUST Spark Global

Program description

HKUST Spark Global is an initiative to foster a global university experience for the HKUST student community. Many HKUST students possess some form of global experience either from study abroad, work experience, their personal travels, or from their upbringing. We also have many students who are eager to take their first steps into the community of global citizenship.

Student Internship (Part-time)

Purpose

Through a close working partnership between the Office of Global Learning (OGL) and the recruited student team, HKUST Spark Global empowers students to make active contributions to create global university experiences for their fellow students. These include experiences on campus, such as opportunities for local and non-local students to interact. They also include experiences abroad, such as promoting overseas learning opportunities.

An Instagram account (@hkustsparkglobal) has been launched to post student stories and topics related to global learning experiences.

We are looking for students who are dedicated to bring influence to the HKUST community, proactively identify the needs of different student groups, creative in organizing events and promotion campaigns, and willing to share your thoughts and experiences to other students.
