This workshop will give you an idea what does our traditional food, mooncake, in Mid-Autumn Festival like. Pre-enrollment is required. No walk-in can be catered.

Mooncakes are shared among family members and friends during Mid-Autumn Festival, one of the most important Chinese festivals. Traditional mooncakes are made of red beans or lotus seed paste with salted duck egg yolks.  You will learn how to make traditional mooncake at this workshop.
