The program funds selected students for graduate degree studies at Stanford University, USA. Funding is up to three years of graduate education.
Funding selected students for graduate degree studies at Washington University in St. Louis, USA. Funding includes tuition, living stpend and travel allowance.
Funding selected students for degree studies at Oxford University, UK. Each year, there is one Scholarship available in Hong Kong.
The Gates Cambridge Scholarship is awarded to outstanding applicants from countries outside the UK to pursue a full-time postgraduate degree in any subject available at the University of Cambridge.
Chevening Scholarships are awarded to outstanding emerging leaders to pursue a one-year master’s at any UK university.
Up to 7 grants are offered by the Consulate General of France in Hong Kong and Macau for students planning to pursue a master's degree in France
Funding selected students for 1-year Master's degree studies at Schwarzman College, Tsinghua University, China. The degree program is in the field of public policy, business or international relations.
